Each message will be personalised to the customer — referencing their name and the last service they had. Messages are warm and human-sounding, not spammy promotions. At onboarding we'll work with you to create templates that match your brand voice.
4Will I be able to control which customers get re-engaged?
Yes. You'll be able to segment by customer value, service type, location, or time since last booking, and exclude specific customers or segments from any campaign.
