When it launches, AI Loyalty Manager will connect to your CRM or booking system and track the last booking or interaction date for every customer. You'll set the inactivity threshold — 30, 60, or 90 days — and it monitors automatically from there.

3What will the re-engagement messages actually say?

Each message will be personalised to the customer — referencing their name and the last service they had. Messages are warm and human-sounding, not spammy promotions. At onboarding we'll work with you to create templates that match your brand voice.

4Will I be able to control which customers get re-engaged?

Yes. You'll be able to segment by customer value, service type, location, or time since last booking, and exclude specific customers or segments from any campaign.
