1What's included in the 14-business-day free trial?
The full standard AI Front Desk — chatbot, Smart Forms, automatic booking, CRM integration, calendar sync, and review follow-up. No credit card to start. You'll get the same 300 conversations / mo allotment a paid account does. Add-ons (Prospector, Receptionist) bill from day one if you layer them in during the trial.
2Do I have to start with the AI Front Desk?
Yes — AI Front Desk is the required base. Specialist add-ons (Prospector, Receptionist, etc.) plug into it. That way your chatbot, voice line, and outbound all share one knowledge base, one calendar, and one CRM connection.
3How long does setup take?
AI Front Desk is self-serve — most businesses are live within 24–48 hours of starting the trial. AI Receptionist adds a one-time 60–90 min voice persona + KB training session ($199). AI Prospector goes live the same day you upload your list.
4How is custom work priced?
Every custom engagement starts with a paid scoping call ($250, credited back if you proceed) that produces a written spec. From there we quote a fixed project price based on the integration depth. No verbal agreements; no open-ended engagements. Book a scoping call from the Custom Build card above.
5How long does early-bird pricing last?
Early-bird pricing is locked in for as long as you're an active subscriber. Once we close the early-bird window for new signups, your rate stays — only new customers move to full pricing.
6Are there any long-term contracts?
No. All packages are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
7What happens when I go over an included limit?
Overage is metered transparently per add-on (AI Front Desk: $0.50 per 50 conversations above 300; AI Receptionist: $0.25/min above 200; AI Sales Rep: $0.30/min above 300; AI Prospector: $0.01/email above 3,000). You'll see usage live in the operator portal — no surprise invoices.
8When do the Coming Soon AI employees ship?
AI Loyalty Manager and AI Sales Rep are in active development. AI Content Manager and AI SEO Manager are next on the roadmap. Join the early-access list per AI employee to lock in introductory pricing and get prioritised onboarding.
9Is the AI compliant with SMS regulations?
Yes. We're fully A2P 10DLC compliant. All SMS communications include opt-out instructions and comply with TCPA regulations.
